APPLE VS HTC

On March 2, 2010 apple sued phone maker HTC and has filed a complaint with the U.S international trade commission, alleging that the Taiwanese company is infringing 20 apple patents related to the iphone user interface, underlying architecture, and hardware. On July 2011, the Cupertino-based company again lashed at HTC and filed another lawsuit against the company. According to reports apple is targeting over a dozen HTC android smart phones and the HTC flyer tablet. Apple is aiming to block the sales of those android devices it claims are infringing on apple’s patents.
